Are there sunbeds and umbrellas at the beach ?

There are sunbeds and unbrellas to use that are located in front of the restaurants at the beach.  You can use their facilities free of charge but it is polite to order a small snack or drinks while you are there. Small umbrellas are available to buy at the local shops. Or one can be borrowed from the hotel.

Is there laundry facilities available at the hotel ?

Yes we do provide a laundry service available for a small fee.

Do we need to bring our own beach towels ?

It is a good idea to bring your own beach towels however we can supply some to use at the pool and beach free of charge. These towels can be replaced for clean ones every couple of days as needed .

In your restaurant, do you cater for special dietary requirements such as vegetarians,allergies, gluten etc and free diet?

The hotel does cater for special dietary requirements. If you notify us at the time of making your reservation we will make a note on your booking and once you arrive we will sit down and discuss meal options

What are the breakfast hours ?

Breakfast is available from 8am-10am

What are the operating hours of the Hotel’s restaurant?
8:00am -10:00pm

How can I make a special request regarding my stay?

Special requests can be made when making your hotel booking online. Requests for extra beds, cribs and smoking preferences, as well as any requests noted in comments section during the reservation process online can be made. Special requests are not guaranteed and will be honored depending on availability at check-in, but we will do our very best to accommodate the request. If you have specific needs or questions regarding your request, please call the hotel directly.

Are there ATM’s or banks in Cirali ?

Do be advised that there are no bank machines ATM’s or banks, in Cirali

Is there any car parking at The Hotel?

Yes, we have car parking spaces available at our hotel. No reservation needed.

I want to organize a birthday/wedding party. How can you help me?

Be sure to send an email in advance if you have any special days you woud like to celebrate and we can offer up suggestions.

How can I make reservation for a large group of people? (e.g. Family holiday/ Reunion/ Business meeting?

Reservations for group travelers (more than 10 rooms with same arrival date) may have special rates and hotel booking requirements. Please contact our sales team to enquire. Should you require other facilities such as transport and meeting room facilities, we recommend speaking with our reservation staff by email to arrange these in advance

What is the difference between the double and twin room?

Our double room has one double size bed, whereas the twin room has two 100 x 200 cm beds

What is the maximum number of people per room? Can I request extra bed for additional person?

We allow two guests per room. Should you need an extra bed, we can provide it at (cost of 15 euros per extra bed including breakfast). Please let us know in advance as we cannot guarantee if you don’t request beforehand as it is subjects to availability.

I am traveling with my child. Can they stay for free?

Yes, one child under 6 years old can stay for free in the same room. If 2 children then reserving a family bungalow is the required accommodation type.

Is my ID/passport required at check in?

We do require presentation of a valid government-issued identification at the time of check-in.

What time can I check in?

Check in starts at 1 p.m. daily. We do provide our guests with the option of early check in for a minimal fee. To request an early check in you may do so when booking your reservation online or if you have already made your reservation, you may contact our reservations department. You may store your luggage at the hotel.

What time do I need to check out?

Check out is at 11:30 a.m. Upon check out, luggage may be stored so that you can continue to enjoy our restaurant, pool, garden and other amenities on property. You may also request a late check out for a minimal fee, please inquire at the reception upon check in.

How often is my room cleaned ?

The rooms will be cleaned and new linens provided every 2 days after your check in. However if an unexpected special requirements suitation should arise please speak with reception.

Do the bathrooms have shampoo and shower gel ?

We provide bath/hand towels along with hand soap. Guests are asked to bring their own shampoo & other personal toiletries.

In what currency do I pay for my stay at the hotel ?

We accept Turkish liras, euros, US dollars and GBP’s.

Is there a safe in my room?

There is not a safe in the rooms themselves however there is a safe available for all guest’s  to use free of charge to place all valuables into.

Are pets allowed?

No, pets are not allowed at the hotel unless they are service animals with credentials .

Is there storage space available to store luggage before/after check-in and check-out?
Yes

Is there anything else I should bring ?

Even though many items can be bought at the local shops in Cirali. Bring any types of medications , skin medications, allergies and or creams / ointmentsas there is no pharmacy here in Cirali .Bring any items that you might need while on holiday for you and your family. Also bring a flashlight

RESERVATION REQUIREMENTS/QUESTIONS

Do I need a credit card to make a hotel room reservation?

Yes, Canada hotel requires a vaild credit card for all online hotel reservations. This guarantees your hotel room until your arrival date. Your credit card will not be charged at this time. It is only being held and this guarantees your hotel room until your arrival date. Your credit card details are only required as a guarantee for the hotel in case you don’t arrive or cancel too late.

What is the hotels online cancellation policy?

If cancelled or modified up to 21 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, the deposit amount of the first 4 nights will be charged. 

Will my credit card be pre-authorised ?

The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival. The pre-authorisation is not a charge and no funds have been removed however… The amount that we pre-authorise will depend on the amount of nights that you stay and is a guarantee for your reserevation.

Will my credit card be charged if I forget to cancel my hotel room reservation?

Yes. Reservations are guaranteed to your credit card. To avoid being charged, reservations must be cancelled in accordance with the cancellation policy outlined by the hotel. Take time to review the cancellation policies for your reservation.

Will I be guaranteed that my room will have the bed type, view or location I requested?

When making a reservation online, you can select a bed type specific room . Choices vary depending on availability. You will also be able to make additional requests, such as asking for a crib or rollaway bed.

Canada Hotel is committed to accommodating room type preferences and requests. Occasionally, we receive more requests than are available at the hotel  If this happens, every effort will be made to try and meet your room preferences. We will try to accommodate your bed type preference, but we cannot guarantee your selection as it is based on room availability.
